We value and protect your personal information. This policy explains how the Risshō Realty app collects, uses, stores, and protects your data, and the rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

To enable sign-in and provide services we collect: your phone number (for authentication), profile details you provide (name, contact address, avatar), your conversations with advisors, and images/files you upload. We do not collect your address book, full photo library, or precise location.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: complete sign-in and security verification, present properties and news, support your communication with advisors, and improve service quality. We do not use your personal information for unrelated purposes.

3. Storage & Security

Data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Tokyo region. Login tokens are kept encrypted in your device secure storage (iOS Keychain); all communication with the cloud uses HTTPS. We enforce row-level access control so you can only access data that belongs to you.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. To provide advisory services, your conversations are visible to the advisor serving you and our business administrators. Except as required by law, we do not disclose your information to unrelated third parties.

5. Your Rights, Sign-out & Deletion

From the Workbench you may view and edit your data, sign out, or delete your account at any time. Signing out only clears the login state on this device; your account and data are unaffected and are restored when you sign in again. Deleting your account deactivates it and clears on-device data: sign in with the same phone number within 90 days to restore it; if not restored within that period, we delete or anonymize your personal data (except records we are legally required to retain). For immediate full erasure, contact us via the in-app advisor chat.
